POWDERED MILK EXPERIMENT
Do you ever use powdered milk? Does it seem a waste to buy it for your food storage thinking you will at least have it if you need it? Try this experiment: Substitute powdered milk in the next recipe you make that calls for milk. If your powdered milk doesn't have directions, use the table below to help you measure. I personally use powdered milk for ALL of my baking and my family (and I) can't tell the difference? Maybe yours won't know either. Using powdered milk in your baking will allow you to rotate your storage and will save you money. Try it and leave a comment to tell us how it went.
